60 Castlereagh is one of Sydney’s premier office buildings located at the heart of the city’s business district. Dexus appointed Paynter Dixon Remedial to remediate a proportion of the building impacted by water ingress.

Our remedial team subsequently carried out façade sealing and waterproofing works. Operating in a live commercial environment, the team maintained a crucial line of communication with the building manager and tenants during remediation. Confidentiality and discretion were significant conditions to undertaking the work as per client wishes. The team oversaw the replacement of ceilings and waterproofing to the level 17 terrace. Rope access of building façades was also conducted to stringent safety standards
