The Divercity precinct is one of Waterloo’s most prestigious residential addresses, but combustible cladding on its high-rise buildings required urgent remediation. Paynter Dixon Remedial was engaged as Principal Head Contractor to deliver an end-to-end solution, including cladding removal, design, installation, and certification

of compliant replacements.

The scope also covers concrete repairs, rooftop landscaping, and façade repainting. Multi-storey façades are accessed using a combination of scaffolding, swinging stages, elevated platforms, and abseiling. Working in a live environment, the team liaises closely with the facilities manager to ensure safety and minimise disruption. Exclusion zones safeguard residents, while rigorous environmental controls ensure work areas are cleaned and returned daily.
