This project replaced combustible ACP cladding across 21 locations within a busy mixed-use residential and retail complex in Zetland. Works also included installing a new glass awning at the shopping centre entrance.

With heavy pedestrian traffic, retail deliveries and vehicle movement, the site required careful staging. Night shifts were scheduled for access and critical works, while cladding at the four residential entrances was sequenced so only one was closed at a time, ensuring continuous access for residents. Through proactive planning and safety measures, the project was delivered with zero safety incidents and minimal disruption to retailers, shoppers and residents.
