Oaklight Consulting, on behalf of the residents of Griffin Place in Glebe, engaged our Remedial team to undertake an upgrade of the fire system, remediation works and a second phase external upgrade.

The first phase saw the installation of new fire dampers, return air dampers in mechanical exhaust systems, fire doors and structural steel treatment. Our team also completed a wide range of remediation tasks, including bathroom and courtyard waterproofing, mould rectification, stackstone repair, ventilation shaft repairs, The second phase included external waterproofing, painting, tiling, fire upgrade works, entry awning replacements and internal cosmetic repairs. Landscaping of courtyard areas and fireproofing of columns and beams in the car park.
