This building is was originally built in 1940 and was in need of end of life maintenance repairs. Paynter Dixon Remedial was engaged to address the southern façade of this building including cavity flashing and lintel replacement works. We were also engaged to replace the waterproofing to the existing pool. The client chose a mosaic tile to be laid in the pool which is intricate in nature.
