Marine Parade is a desirable residential address overlooking Maroubra’s iconic surfing beach. These views proved inspirational in the rejuvenation of four residential apartments.

With an initial brief of waterproofing the building, the client tasked our team with refreshing the building’s façade and certain internal areas. This led to the conversion of balconies into internal living areas. Guillotine windows have replaced louvre systems, capturing coastal views while enhancing comfort through high-performance glazing. The intricate window system also features a four metre pane of glass that slides up and down via a pulley system.
