This building is located on the waterfront of breaking surf at Narrabeen. Due to the environmental conditions, this building was in need of significant concrete and façade remediation. As a result, Paynter Dixon Remedial was engaged to re-waterproof the balconies and complete any underlying concrete repairs required. These works also included balustrade replacement and window/door replacement works. Overall there was significant concrete repair, including sacrificial anode installation, and brick-tie installation through the property.
