Paynter Dixon Remedial was engaged to re-coat the existing cooling tower structure at the top of the World Square Commercial tower at 680 George St, Sydney, 36 storeys high. Due to the cooling towers, the existing structure was exhibiting corrosion throughout the structure. Due to the location of the structure, Paynter Dixon utilised scaffolding and abseiling to complete the works. Some of the works involved replacing corroded steel as well.
