Zenith Towers was a cladding replacement project on the building above the famous Coca Cola Sign in Kings Cross. The works involved removal and recycling of the existing combustible panels and installation of new compliant 3mm solid aluminium cladding.

Paynter Dixon Remedial saved the owners significant costs by completing the works off swinging stages and abseiling in lieu of scaffolding and/or mast climbers. Safety was maintained by thorough planning through high-risk workshops and demonstrations prior to implementation. In addition to the cladding replacement works, we were also engaged to install fire-rated products to the existing structural steel to the penthouse for future works.
